Here is how it works:
- You call 01507 603815, or email us to schedule the video shoot.
- At the scheduled time, we videotape brief, well-selected shots of the approach to the property, of the property's facade, and up to three takes of each room.
- We'll take your written description and add the text to the video.
- We then edit the footage to capture the most eye-catching & appealing aspects and special features of the property and add titling and music.
- We provide you with a quality VHS tape no later than five days from our shoot but often the next day (full payment required), which can be viewed in your office on any VCR or sent to a potential buyer for viewing at their home or office. Average length is from five to twenty minutes depending on the property size and number of features. We can also provide the film on CD or DVD to be played on a computer or DVD player.

Special Introductory Pricing
We have an introductory offer of £120 for properties up to 4 bedrooms. For properties over 4 bedrooms, add £30 per bedroom. (This price applies to VHS format; formats like online/web, CD-ROM & DVD cost a little extra)

What makes you different? Full motion video that is edited to show the properties best features. We produce a fun-to-watch commercial of your property. A unique dynamic production that features the listings best attributes with music, titles and voice-over & your information.
I need more than one copy, can I make more myself? Yes, they are not copyrighted, however quality suffers when copying from VCR to VCR, but it's up to you. Additional copies can be purchased from Circuit Productions; for a small fee we'll even mail them to your potential buyers.
Why should I spend the additional money, I'm already advertising the property in several places? This service might not be justifiable for every property you have, but in certain circumstances, no other solution can compare! Plus a potential buyer could 'tour' ten properties in your office, in the time it would have taken to show them one property on site.
Do we offer volume rates? Tell us what you have in mind, but generally we would not be able to go lower than our introductory offer.
Can this footage be shown on my web page? Absolutely! We can digitize any video footage and upload it to your website. An additional fee applies, but it's quite reasonable and now anyone with an Internet connection can watch your property tour(s).
How long does it take to shoot? One to two hours, depending on size and features of the property.
